Michelle was engaged by Headline Media to work with them on delivering practical training sessions on managing media relations and conducting interviews.

The training was for an emergency service and was delivered as a pre-planned table-top exercise training day, which involved various scenarios.

Michelle provided an input on effective communications and media relations in a crisis situation, managing media at a scene, producing a holding statement and press releases and the use of social media.

This was followed by a practical session where delegates were presented with scenarios and then practised giving a live TV or radio interview which was then played back to aid improvement and build their confidence.
