Purple Pitch Communications were engaged by a regulatory body to lead on the internal communications and engagement strategy for a £40m IT transformation programme.
Michelle and Andy Wong worked together to develop a narrative, key message suite and vision for the programme to help employees understand what it meant for them. Face to face briefing sessions were delivered to over 700 staff, improving the understanding of the programme from 62% to 81%.
The strategy included creating a campaign for the launch of O365 tools including Skype for businesses, Teams, Planner and a new intranet to encourage behaviour change and new user take up. We also launched and managed the first interactive online employee community on the new intranet allowing for two-way engagement on the programme.
